Serenity II, (A WELLNESS living Product) will be two premier 129,630 square foot mixed-use developments on a 2.25-acre tract of land located in downtown Charlotte, NC.

 The scope of the project will include a WELL certified energy efficient modern six-story building over covered parking. 

Each building will encompass a mix of 169 spacious two-bedroom/two-bathroom and one-bedroom/one-bathroom and studio residential units, each with pinch tint (photovoltaic) technology glass windows, smart home amenities, walk-out terraces, optional fireplaces and WELLNESS components.
